I noticed this letter today from the CEO of CCG that owns NGC. An interesting read about fraud.

It is encouraging that he is taking an aggressive approach to fraud.

When we notice dubious holders on ebay, is there a system to report this to NGC?

Good read ... one hopes that all TPG companies, take security seriously. I have been affected by 2 counterfeit transactions, which has directed my own thinking towards a verification mindset. As Ronald Reagan, so famously stated, "trust but verify".

Happy Collecting :)
