Full steps on early Jefferson nickels is relatively common, at least for uncirculated coins. I've got some coins that have 5+ full steps that came back without, and others that I thought would come back without FS that came back with. Ballyhoo Pillar of the Community United States 1613 Posts	Posted 02/25/2024 08:53 am I'd call it a 5 steps on this one and not on the 1964 you questioned. As far as getting it graded, should you choose, NGC as they are 99% accurate in designation assignment. I would also consider ANACS over PCGS. Because I'd agree with what other collectors have been noticing as of late, that PCGS has dropped the ball. A coin grader change or critera adjustment?
