Perhaps Istakhr (Persepolis) for the mint?

I'm terrible at reading these, but I wonder if the RY is one of those ending in a four (14? 24? 34?). I'm probably way off target. Palouche and Kushanshah are good at these. Hopefully you'll hear from one of them.

Yes, I'm always having problems with these I even have Yngve Karlssons book with drawings of all mints and RY, but it's still worse than reading my grandmother's gothic handwriting
