I like that. I have a few wheaties like that as well. It must be a weak spot in the dies or something, they all seem to be in that location.

Yes, that's correct...retained Cud. I have found a number of them fromt he early 1940s. No telling exactly why they are so much more available during those years, but I have noticed it.

Best I've run across was three 1940S Retained Cuds in one roll....all different dies.
