You don't see many older polymer notes with such subject matter plus the simple reverse imagery. It reminds me of the 1988 Australian Commemorative $10 (the holographic window appears to be in a similar position). Obviously a product from down under. The front on the 5 Baht has the same cool "Cowboy" crown/hat on the King as the first note I offered. The reverse shows many aspects of the King's life, which includes photography.
