Just normal toning. The striations you see are part of the planchet and not plating bubbles. They have been discussed a lot over the decades. If you look at this Greaser, it's easy to clearly see they are part of the planchet. Due to wide die spacing the mint used to extend die life many coins display these lines. When the dies become clogged with grease, the lines become very apparent.
