Evening,

Just been notified that my submissions to NGC are all done, but wanted to see what people's experience of regrading is.

They have all graded quite well, but there were a couple which I think have been undergraded. I know that one was definitely an MS65RB prior to being cracked out of the slab by the previous owner, and has now come back as MS64RB.

No big deal, but is it worth resubmitting? All are worth north of £600.

I'm careful about choising regrades, and only submit them in their original holders. With NGC, about 40% have come back with higher grades. I've even tried a second time on a few that were not upgraded, but with no luck.

Thanks Frog,

As it's not an exact science, I suppose it depends on the grader on the day, and whether they're thinking abouy what's for tea, or the jobs for the weekend.

You are asking about resubmitting them immediately after the initial submission?

I guess some people have money to burn.

Not an exact science indeed. More like a crapshoot.
