Same here, Celtic Knot. . .got distracted and wasn't poised to log in prior to the 9:00am kick-off. My first notification said two hour wait. A minute later, it now says a one hour wait. . .

I was stuck on more than 1 hour for a long time. I'm down to the minutes now, but it keeps going up and down with a mostly down direction.

Wow, sounds like I got lucky. First time doing this but I was able to get in & out very quickly. Best of luck to everyone else. Excited to get this in hand early August

Was logged in on the page at 1000AM. The page did not automatically refresh by 1205, it just stayed stuck on product will release in one minute. So I hit the refresh button. Two hour wait. Eyeroll. It's already dropped to 49 minutes though.

One thing is for sure. People will know to hit the website early next time in order to get as close to the front of the line as possible.

Don't worry when you get this message. I kept clicking on the submit button every 30 seconds and it finally went through.

Mine went from 2 minutes to in. Once in, I had no issues with the website. I received my confirmation email right away.

well I got in, but never got a page showing that I got it. my bank account shows a withdrawal then an immediate deposit. But I got this on my Mint account page: When I try to purchase it again, I get this: When I go to my purchase history, there is noting showing that I got it..
