It wasn't the 9-h wait I was promised shortly after noon ET. Received my order confirmation email at 12:04 and my +1s at 12:13. Oddly, the order numbers were about 136k apart from one another - just within those 10min. I guess the mint's numbering system includes failed orders.?

Just got my order placed. But I had to check out as a guest - couldn't access my account. My fault for not verifying it prior. Oh well, I eat the $6 shipping.

The circus act at the Mint's site is troubling at Best, I am in, Placed order, Sorry.......

Placed an order. Thanks for the heads up about the waiting room. I was able to jump in earlier. Bullion Exchange is advertising a buyback of $180 so I will be definitely holding on to the one I bought. |

Pinehurst was/is offering $210 each.
And it's still available. With a 100k mintage, this will drop down to maybe $130-140 eventually.

Logged onto the Mint website at 12:45; 16 minute wait in Waiting Room. Ordered at 12:55, Confirmation at 1:00. I was on the fence about this coin and did not want to pay current ebay prices. Will send it out to be certified. I have all other certified eagles except 95-W so I decided to pick one up. |

I changed my mind on this one and tried to pick it up. The mint website says I reached my household limit but no confirmation and my order history is blank. I guess we'll see.

The American Silver Eagles Bullion Program has Me as an Avid Collector of this series, Of Every Single Mint Marked Example, Like This One ....  Just because it is Now part of The " complete series ", It has earned a place in All ASE collector's collections, Simply because the Privy mark was added to this series and it Looks Like about ( 8 ) more Mint Marked examples for 2025 releases.  |

Hmmm I get there's a big appeal for this series. Where can I find more on the 8 new mint marks? That sounds a little gimmicky, no?
