I had a quick question on a Britain 1902 penny I discovered, Is this the low or high sea level veriety? (And may I also ask for a grade on this coin?)

This is a high tide variety. The sea level comes to where the legs cross. Low tide is a bit below that.

The obverse has corrosion and a couple of dings, overall I would grade this coin as F-15.

I have a coin very much like the 1902 Large British Penny pictured in https://goccf.com/t/46447.

I am interested to know if it is high or low sea Level and how you might grade it.
I am just starting to collect British Pennies and would like to know a good reference.
