to the CCF It's a nice shifted print error but the note looks to be well circulated. The error adds to the value while the lower condition detracts. For $5 I would keep it. Let's wait on Steve our note expert to weigh in. |

Definitely a keeper. A moderate Misaligned Overprint error. Even as a circulated note, it's worth somewhere between $150 - $250.
