Need help ID this Medieval coin. Seller claimed its PAVIA Federico II di Svevia, 1220-1250, but I can't find any match on it.
Other side is pretty worn out except some letters in the middle ?!

There are some similar coins from Pavia (indeed in the name of Federico = Frederick II) with extremely similar central legends, but those don't have a cross on the other side!

I was able to read the legend on the cross side as MEDIOLANV = Milan; some googling led me to this type, supposedly from 1100-1150 (a century earlier than the seller said it was).
