It looks Roman to me just because of the reverse but it is very hard to tell from this - it could also be Thracian from the time of the Roman Empire which of course is Greek as you say.
If you could DM me a better picture I can tell you if it's Greek as I am Greek and read ancient Greek but I just can't tell with this sort of picture.
But I am sure that there are some experts here that probably know off the bat what it is - sadly my expertise in Greek coins is from Byzantium onwards rather than that ancient.
However I would put the date between 100AD and 300AD for either of my suggestions ... again some expert on here could probably know right away.
