This 14th Century Dickpfennig comes from the German City State of Regensburg. You can see that the rev is double-struck. This is another coin that I haven't previously posted on CCF.

Thx all! Here is an early-14th Century Pfennig from the German Bishopric of Würzburg:

Moving from one German Bishopric to another, this early-14th Century Pfennig comes from Osnabrück. Virtually 100% of the inscriptions are off the flan, but would read +GOTFRIDVS EPISC and MONETA OSNAB VRGE. At 14 mm and 0.94 g, this doesn't see undersized (such as would happen if someone shaved the edge to harvest a little silver) so I suspect that the dies were designed larger than the flans. Perhaps someone can help to confirm/debunk this theory?

I think that I posted a Slavonian Denar a ways upthread. This later one (datable to 1322-1325 AD) has better remaining detail--that weasel/stoat really pops on this coin!
