Not sure about what is happening with IGWT. That being said, what is going on with the date I feel is just part of the design. I have a side by side pic of yours, a 72 P that is not from the doubled master and jipa's, from the other thread, that is a 72 S that is from the doubled master. The fact that what we are seeing in the upper part of the 2, is on both coins, leads me to believe it is something that is just in the original design, from the Galvano. See what you think.
