How-Does-One-Ask-PCGS-For-A-New-Attribution-?

This coin is a well known DDO in Australia.
However PCGS does not recognize this variety at this point.
If I wanted to ask PCGS to consider a new attribution how can this be done ?
Has anybody done this sort of thing ?

Why not just contact PCGS and ask them directly?

PCGS will want to know "how is it well known". They're not going to attribute an unknown variety just because someone asks nicely, otherwise everyone would ask nicely and varieties would become a meaningless mess.

Does it feature in a recognized variety book? If it does, ask them to recognize the varieties in that book.

I asked PCGS myself and did not get a response.
So I then got a big PCGS dealer to ask on my behalf and they did not get any response either.

Is the coin in a catalogue ?
This doesn't matter to PCGS as I've seen new attributions appear in the pop report without catalogue ie a "new discovery" type coin.
Also
PCGS will attribute Aussie double dies as an error coin without catalogue no problem.

So there must be something else going on.
