If you are asking if they are a reputable dealer the answer is yes. I've dealt with them from time to time and have never had any issues.

APMEX is a very good online dealer. However, their prices are frequently high. You can also check Monument Metals and SilverGold Bull, both very good sellers from my experience.

APMEX is one of the largest bullion dealers in the US. They are most assuredly a reputable dealer. They have their own website for sales, but also sell some items on ebay and Wal-mart. Be sure to check their prices on each platform as an item may be priced lower on one site versus the others.

I've found that APMEX is usually not the lowest priced seller of widely available bullion items, so it can be beneficial to shop around if the lowest price is a concern.

On the other hand, if you're interested in so called semi-numismatic precious metal coins, medals, bars, etc. then APMEX sells a wide variety and may be your best. or only, choice.

I used to shop at APMEX over a decade ago. It was a good source for French coins but now the prices for regular bullion just seem to high. Unless you are after hard to find stuff I would find a local dealer. Going in person to a coin dealer or even a coin show sure beats looking at stock photos on the internet. Condition may vary too with APMEX foreign coins like the case may be with some fading or the coins may even have been opened up and handled and you see a fingerprint on a 5 oz coin.
