For what it's worth the auction has ended. Don't know if the seller ended it or it ran it's course though.

Last time I reported something like this I commented in the report the specific US code that makes it illegal to counterfeit U.S. money: Criminal Code 1460. Counterfeiting -- 18 U.S.C. 489. It seemed to work.
