This coin is pretty beat up, This could be Die pair #1, 3, or 4 no D weak reverse. More diagnosis would be needed to know which one.
Can you get a better close up of the MM area?

I see a pip mark, i.m.o. this one could go Good Details and a toss up for No D or Weak D? Check out the CACG MS-65 BN graded example on Greatcollections I clearly see a pip smear D mintmark...but what do I know? haha if CACG says its No D then its No D. In all seriousness I bet CACG went round and round before the big guy settled the issue. For 15K I want that mintmark area slick as a saucer bottom.
PCGS now follows ANACS as labeling all weak reverse 1922 as weak D. NGC and CACG will annotate No D weak reverse but for a $50 coin its probably better as an album filler. Love these they keep us on out toes and lots of opionions all over the wall.
Here's an ANACS VG weak D I snagged a couple months back for $110.00 love this poor man's No D, your coin looks like its from same die # 3. Image courtesy of Greatcollections.

What is a pip mark? Teach me something today, I like to learn something daily and know little about the 22 D no mint mark.

I haven't seen the term pip mark used in numismatics previously, but the definition of this term from the automotive world seems to fit reasonably well here, especially the first half:

A little dot or indentation which indicates the top side of compression ring
