1944 Australia Penny Minting Error

I have a 1944 penny with errors on both sides.on the head side it has raised parts on the left of the head and on the kangaroo side it is missing the number 19 from the date. Check photos ,would like some more information if possible please.

Clearer photos are necessary so as to show more detail of the coin, and correct orientation is also helpful.

To me it looks like the coin was bashed with a hammer.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Better photos would help,but it does look like PMD not an error.
