this seems as a match but the wand extends a bit different and the toga is more detailed. But I figure the dies was remade even back then

It says "TRANQVILLITAS AVGG" - "tranquillity of the emperors". Reverse figure is the aforenamed minor deity Tranquillitas, holding a capricorn.
