Some bars on 2oz-100 grammes are hundreds over spot. The sellers claim they are collectable bullion but that doesn't make sense. Are bullion bars being graded by NGC or PCGS yet?

That's the free market in action, sellers can ask anything they like for items they are selling.

TPGs have been grading bullion coins for decades but I haven't seen graded bullion bars (yet).
