1977 $5 Bill Obstructed Printing Error PCGS Choice Unc 64 PPQ

PCGS - This 1977 $5 bill was obstructed by another piece of paper while printing, blocking ink, and taking the seal and serial number with it. The obstruction was retained and preserved alongside the note. Now, they all live in the same PCGS holder—graded PCGS Choice UNC 64 PPQ.
