The last digit of the serial number that has been bleed though partially hence making the 8 looking like a 9. What is the value of this error note.

I have zero knowledge of Indian currency. The well circulated condition however and minor nature of the issue leads me to believe it is worth face value.

I would assume that it is actually a "9", and this ink has actually transferred across from the "next" note in the stack, rather than bleeding through this note from the other side.

Edit to add: "wet ink transfer". That's the phrase I was searching for.
