I broke down, couldn't wait for December 25. Opened it up

Great gifts, I am going to have to do some research to determine where the paper money is from.

I see Half, my recipient of my goodies has not posted on the CCF since 11/7/2024, now I am getting worried if he got my package? Or is he lurking without logging in?

That kinda takes the "secret" out of Secret Santa. Might want to just work with Santa on that on behind the scenes.

In the australian Christmas song
Six White Boomers

98fMRw1LuiU

There is a verse that goes

Quote:
Joey said to Santa, 'Santa, what about the toys?
Aren't you giving some to these girls and boys?'
'They've got all their presents, son, we were here last night,
this trip is an extra trip, Joey's special flight
.

It looks like due to the strike and other circumstances

Santa will be making a few extra flights to get all the exchanges delivered in a "reasonable time"

If you want I can let you know right now? And no, I'm not your secret Santa, I just happen to know because I have some myself. Those notes are HUGE and fun to look at with all the intricate artwork/vignettes on such a large format. You could also peruse the World Paper Money forums here at CCF and probably get the answer to your question.

Or just ask here. I'll give you a hint.. the country name starts with 'B'.

Got my gift from across the pond, and I'm so thrilled!

Thank you for the hand written letter, I will save it!

I got some candy, which I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten in the USA, that I will get to try. Especially looking forward to trying the BUBS candy (banana flavor).

Got an uncirculated 1997 Swedish coin set. This is my first foreign mint set in my collection!

An assortment of Swedish, Russian and German silver coins plus an American silver eagle!!!

A 2000D Sacagawea coin

A 1951 5 Krona bank note is really good condition!!

A "horseman jital ancient silver" coin, will have to do some research on that one (according to the contents list (yes, I opened the list last as Santa instructed me, don't want to be on his naughty list for next year))

And to top it all off, a 1902 postcard!!

Thank you for the very generous gift!!!!!!!

I will upload pictures once I figure out how to

Some really cool stuff; silver War Nickels, Kennedy's, some DDR's, brand new 2021D quarters and some confetti!

Thanks Santa!

Attempt No. 2.
I sent a new package. I hope that the customs will let her through the border and she will find her recipient.

P.S: Does anyone know why I can't post photos? The message "Sorry, nothing to see here." appears before loading the site.
