Found A 1994 P Penny CRH, Looks Like A Strike Through Error. Can Anyone Confirm This?

I recently was CRH and found this 1994 P penny with a crater next to the rim. I assume this is a strike through error but I'm not entirely sure about it. Can anyone please confirm it? Thanks!

Through what I am not sure, but this definitely looks like a legitimate strike-through error. Nice find!
