Unidentified-Chinese-Something-Or-Other

This a large copper token or medal., It measures 30.4 mm and weighs 8.08 grams. One side has some Chinese characters whilst the other side features a typical Chinese dragon.

Google lens suggests that this is a brass gaming token from circa 1930, likely made in the US to have a strong semblance to Chinese coins (attribution Rulau-Fuld-Mcy-11):
