I just submitted a ticket for a server reboot ASAP to see if it fixes the issues, I can see nothing wrong.. Takes about 3 minutes to reboot when they do it.

My RDP was booted, so they are logged on to the server. It seems like they're looking for an issue before rebooting. The support is pretty top-notch.
