Very common area for a die crack, Just a spender.

Excellent . Remember also, it's a long shot but just the opposite on the 1992 P & D cents - look for the Close AM (CAM)

I still look for CAM/WAM on those affected dates when I find them. When. As in, this weekend when I found two 1999s searching through my son's tip accumulation. No joy.
