Not sure what to make of these. Feeder finger scrapes? Some kind of clash, collision, or hubbing problem?

That was this coin. I was trying to decide whether to buy it off ebay. It seemed interesting enough to acquire, so I did.

Mint worker wanting to work outside in the nice warm sunlight.....cleaned up the die after a clash on the concrete steps........
