In August I sent three banknotes in for grading with PCGS. I've been tracking the order but noticed PCGS is not imaging any of my banknotes.

Example:

Is-PCGS-Delayed-On-Imaging?--Example-Included.

No image is available. I've submitted banknotes in the past and they've always been imaged, but not this time. I'm pretty sure I ticked the same options as always on the form.

The Order Details form is unusual in that it shows the status of the banknotes as 'Shipped', but not received. Yet I already have them here in Australia. The 'Grades Ready' and 'Being Imaged' icons are also visible on the order, which is quite unusual too.

Is PCGS simply behind on its imaging for some reason, or are my banknotes never going to get an image on the PCGS site?

Just spitballing here, but maybe - call PCGS customer service. I mean they probably know the real answer, but if you want a guess.

They're running behind editing and posting the images.

I tried emailing them and eventually got a reply. They won't reply to my query as the email address I sent my query from is not the email address registered in their system. Presumably they have Imperial Coins in Brisbane as the contact (the company I sent the banknotes to) and not mine.

PCGS will apparently email Imperial Coins, who may email me. It's a game of telephone at the moment trying to find out a simple query.
