Hello from TN! I'm very new to collecting and it started with my mom gifting me a small coin collection my stepfather left her. I've started getting very interested in looking for mint errors and value of coins (although I don't think I could bear to part with them.) Any information or advice you can give would be wonderful! I started going through all of my pocket change and looking at all kinds of stuff. I hope I can get good information here.

Welcome ! You WILL find great information here, from the most knowledgeable coin minds I have encountered. My own experience aside from CC is books ... minting, grading, history of each coin and the people responsible. Happy hunting !
