Is the "frequency" of this coin on Numista less than 24%?

Q23 Does this coin contain 64% silver AND was it issued between 1910 and 1925 (must fit both of these criteria)? YES Which means triggersmob is out. Q24 Is the "frequency" of this coin on Numista less than 24%? NO

Whew! That was a tough competition! Thanks MMM and OC!
I've been trying to play the PNC contest, this contest, and 20 Questions at the same time... I've gotten off track on both the PNC AND this contest... had to stay on top of 20 Questions as I am GM.

Quote: Whew! That was a tough competition! Makes it even more difficult when you have split dates. Have to run 2 Numistas.
