Guys I know that the coin of this vintage should be a wide "AM" but this coin seems to be wider, yes?

*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. It's essential to have it in the title. ***

Agree, Wide AM is normal for a 1989 and the lettering is just from a worn die.

The letters do seem unusually thin, which I think gives the impression that the AM gap is bigger than the typical cent. I did find a few examples with thinner lettering, so it is not out of the question:

I think the real question would be, what does the FG look like?

The FG looks like its flared on your coin and correct position for the RDV 006 but to be sure post a much better closeup of the FG.
Whoops! no wonder I see flared G you posted a 1989 D with normal reverse of 1989 my mistake.

Letter are thinner - most likey caused by a polished die.
