Everyone has told you what it is, let me tell you what it is not. It cannot be a lam, because this is a copper plated zinc coin and that cannot happen with a coin that is made this way. Laminations happen with solid core coins, most commonly copper cents that were minted before 1982, before the zinc cents came to be, you will also see it in other types of solid core coins and clad coins, but not plated coins. Once every blue moon you can see cracked plated coins though that resemble a lam that will happen to plated coins like yours.
