Minting Error Or Normal Wear And Tear (1807 Half Penny)?

Upon further review, the half penny below had a lopsided look that I could not ignore. As I understand it, these coins were minted with a slightly concave appearance for security purposes. But this is a downright depression, no? Hopefully it is captured in the pictures. Could this be normal wear or some sort of error: with the strike, the planchet... I'm pretty sure it isn't counterfeit but would love to get this forum's "impressions."
