See the Ed Fuhrman books here is my review of one of them. http://goccf.com/t/393615 The NNP has both editions of Cohens book in PDF for free, and there is always the Manley Half Cent Die States for advanced collectors, check out the Missouri Cabinet Collection auction catalog by Goldmans, there you can see some of the finest known examples of each variety and date in the series.
