This obvious a mint errors I like to know if I should clean it and if I do, should, I just give it a vinegar bath? The question mark

Also, should I put this to the sleeve? Or just put it back in there, penny collision book

Looks like a slight Misaligned Die strike (MAD) with what may or may not be also a slightly tilted die

Also, you should never clean a coin with vinegar unless you want to purposely ruin it!
