I looked up this date in the PCGS registry and couldn't find a VAM 5 O over O. It does list a VAM 5 O over S however. Could that be a mistake on the ANACS label?
I do not think a mistake but possibly a later thought about the O over O over S. This is an older slab too and more study has probably been done since. Read the full description on VAMWorld.
