I just found this 2017 P dime with the obvers minted over a mirrored minted revers that was polished off and the same for the revers. both sides are rotated 180 degrees any thoughts on it.
Its a die clash from when both dies come in contact with each other without a planchet in place. Nice strong clash on this one. Put it in a 2x2 and mark as clashed dies.
Its an error coin worth a nominal premium but it won't make you rich. Search ebay for "die clash dime" to get an idea what the market is willing to pay for such an error.

As for grading, this coin does not hold enough value to warrant the cost of grading.
