Thanks, Dearborn! I really appreciate it and look forward to getting them!

So I went through 30 dollars worth of cent rolls today. I found a few things, but nothing too exciting.

This was the only actual Wheat cent that I found that I didn't already have. 48-S

Found another 71-S. This one looked a bit better than the one I have, so I'll "upgrade."
My-Lincoln-Cent-Journey-In-A-Dansco-Album

This 1965 Canadian cent is gorgeous. I'm pretty sure this is BU or close to it.

This 59 looked pretty nice. Not BU, but a bit more luster on it than the one I had.

Same here. I like to search through rolls not only for coins I'm missing, but to upgrade coins I already have as well.
My-Lincoln-Cent-Journey-In-A-Dansco-Album

Two 48 plain cents I found. A Wheat cent I already have.
My-Lincoln-Cent-Journey-In-A-Dansco-Album

This is both cool and kind of frustrating... I found all these... But uh, I already have them all. Lol.
My-Lincoln-Cent-Journey-In-A-Dansco-Album

I think if I found anymore 56 or 56-D wheat cents, I might lose it. Lol.
My-Lincoln-Cent-Journey-In-A-Dansco-Album

I think I am going to start keeping my duplicate Wheat cents. That way, in case anyone wants them I can donate them to them essentially as others have done for me. That said, it seems when I find wheat cents now its usually a 56, 51, 50, 48, 45. 44 or 41 for the most part. I'd like to find something else. Lol.

Well at least, when you get my package, you will have about a hundred and thirty coins to sort through ($1.30)

all of them from the 1930's, so you will have a nice choice from them

(By the way - I did not search them out for errors, Varieties, or even the different MM styles.)

Thats awesome! Oh man! I am excited to go through those! I have seldom found 30's dated wheat cents.

Here is a few other "goodies" that I meant to post earlier.

I believe I found another 1960-D small date.
My-Lincoln-Cent-Journey-In-A-Dansco-Album

I found a few more 2009 centennial coins in "decent" shape.

This page is coming together pretty nicely. A lot of these are in close to BU shape from what I've found, and I haven't purchased any of them. I found them in rolls or was given them by fellow forum members. I'm also only missing two coins, both of them small date minted ones.

Thanks, jbuck!

I got a shipment of coins from Dearborn! Amazing! TONS of 30's wheat cents. I was able to plug I believe around 15 spots! Thanks again! I very much appreciate it. I should also be receiving the 1909 VDB coin I had ordered from ebay today.

Definitely! My journey continues!

My son was also definitely thrilled to play with all the coins as well. Lol.

So the coins I am on the hunt for are key dates. Like I mentioned before, the only coin that will most likely never be purchased is the 1909 S VDB. Well, the 1922 plain also. I don't have the kind of money that those coins require lol

I am also planning to purchase all those 1982 varieties. I'm not going through trying to sort out and figure out which is which out of 7 different kinds. Lol. It was hard enough to figure out the difference between the 1960 D small date and large date.

1909 S- Shouldn't be too difficult to find at a decent price
1914 D- This coin, if I go this route, might be costly.
1931 S- Should be able to obtain this at some point
1970 S- Small date. Pretty expensive. From what I've seen, this go for upwards of 100 dollars on ebay.

I'm not doing any varieties that aren't in the Dansco album.

I may add some proofs to the back of the album eventually. But, for now, I will stick to business strikes.

Of the four dates mentioned above, the 1970S small date will be your least expensive. You can pick up a MS coin in the $30-$35 range and the proof version can be obtained from a proof set crack out in the area of about $70-$80.

Ah! I see. Perhaps it was a proof I was looking at. I'd definitely go for the MS one.

Also... yikes! The 1914-D it seems is 200 dollars any which way you spin it.

My budget for expensive coins is 100 and under. Looks like I'll be plugging that spot in with a reverse 1914 philly lol
