Front side of big has excess green ink/solvent in two places - top right and within the green treasury field.

Back side close up show extraneous ink/solvent and shows additional green ink spread below (light)

Any experts here that know proper term for this error and of course is it worth anything?!?

Looks like gunk to me (although I'm no note expert) that stuck on the bill during sometime in circulation......

Looks like a wayward piece of lettuce found its way to the note and ended up sticking to it and drying out.

However, You did win the consolation prize in that it's still worth 10 bucks!

Not saying it is but at best it is an ink splatter which is minor,
In that condition, I would say there is not much of a premium if any.
Unless it is rare or a major error, collectors like their bills in uncirculated condition.
