I have a couple of bullion pieces I got literally decades ago now. I'm just wondering if there's a market for them as items collectable above and beyond bullion value? I've also only just recently noticed that one of them had a substantially damaged die on teh reverse.

I'm not interested in selling them regardless. Just curious if such a market exists or if these would only ever be regarded as bullion.

Thanks in advance.

Those look like standard silver rounds that I see in the generic silver trays at coin shops and at coin shows regularly. Around here, that means spot price plus anywhere from $1.50 to $3.00 over spot.

I know vintage Engelhard bars for example command a premium, but these I have to agree with CoinHunter.

It often feels like the market for many coins as items collectable above and beyond bullion value is weak.

Yes, there is absolutely a group that collects vintage silver. As pointed out, yours seem to be very common designs.

https://allengelhard.com/ is a site that highlights some of the more collectable brands.

Here is a rare bar that I just paid significantly more than spot price.
