Looks like a badly executed Hungarian denar. I can't quite read the date though, or figure out which ruler it's for.

Given that it's made of copper and seemingly badly drawn, I suspect it's a contemporary counterfeit.

When we invert the second photo, I believe we have the coat of arms used by the 17th century Hapsburg rulers: Matthias II, Ferdinand II, Leopold (bars on the left, patriarchal cross upper right, crown beneath). For Hungarian denars, the legend is always:
(Ruler name) D G R I S A G A B R for "by God's grace Emperor of the Romans Semper August, King of Germany, Austria and Bohemia."
The first photo appears to be the madonna & child with scepter over her right shoulder. This side normally has legend PATRONA UNGARIA.
At least through the mid-1600s they were close to 50% silver, and would not have looked so copper-y.

Transylvanian denars have somewhat different legends: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces33236.html

So possibly the counterfeiter used copper, and flipped (and bungled) the legends.

Counterfeit yes, but there were semi-official copies emanating from Transylvania or Moldavia.

um... some of those semi-official counterfeits are quite rare and valuable.
I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if this was one or not, more research was needed. oh well.
