The other day I stopped in at the credit union and picked up 10 rolls of cents.
The verdict...
Wheats: 0; Lincoln Bicens: 0; 2025s: 0

The lot yielded about 30% coppers.
There are a number of nice BU grade zincs with no spots or corrosion.
I will be looking to see if any of these might be good upgrades in the cent collection.
Next step is to put the coins under the microscope to check for errors/varieties. Hopefully, I can find something worth posting in that corner of the forum.
Cheers!

Not an atypical experience.

The copper number is much higher than what I find now, usually 10 to 15%.

Hopefully you'll find some varieties or errors. So far, I haven't found any variety or error going through customer wrapped rolls. I got 2.00 left to go through. Only found some Canadian Cents and one Wheat cent.

The 2009s in circulation are zinc. Most I have seen are starting to fall victim to zinc rot.

If you like the Lincoln bicentennial set, buy the proofs.

You can get a set of them in a US mint slab for cheap, and they are 95 pct copper.

Fortunately, most of my Lincoln Bicentennials are ones I pulled out of circulation in 2009 when they first appeared. I have about 30 or so squirreled away in 2x2s that are in new pristine BU condition. On the downside, I've still got two missing from the set - the Philly 'Professional Life' and the Denver 'Presidency'.
As for my post-wheats collection, it's complete except for those two bicens., the 2019-W, and both 2025s. And, of course, the 1970-S small date!
I will soon be starting on collecting the proof strikes of 1959 to date.
I already have a hand-full of early 60s dates.
