How easy is it to get a box of Toonies from a Canadian bank? I live in the southwest Detroit area so it's an easy trip across the border to Windsor. Do I have to have an account at a Canadian bank to get a box? Do banks typically have a box in inventory or do they have to order them? What would be the best bank to go to in the Windsor area?
