Do you have a preference between the newer Whitman or Littleton coin albums? I am looking specifically at buying a Buffalo (Bison) nickel album.
The two are about the same price. I don't like Dansco's lack of thumb tabs. And Dansco costs twice as much.
I like the color of Whitman. Littleton snaps open like a 3 ring binder which is likely a plus. I have had Whitmans but never Littleton.
Whats your experience?

This topic has been discussed many a time on CCF, and hfjacinto did a great comparison of Dansco, Whitman, and Littleton albums.

Note that Whitman products, even the new fancy album line, are made in China.

I only have 1 Littleton (only because I bought a complete set of Washington silver quarters for less than melt that came in it). I find it to be "clunky" as when you open it and turn the pages, and when you go to close it, you have to slide the pages over the rings to close the album again. The rest of my collections are in Dansco or Whitmans. I have no complaint with either.

The Littleton album pages are hard to turn, they stick on the rings.
