Apparently the new fifth edition of Comprehensive Catalog and Encyclopedia of Morgan and Peace dollars" are now available on Amazon Kindle. Has anyone ordered these three new "E books" ? If it is Kindle, will it easily be used on an android computer?

I have them and use them on my Fire 10 Tablet and my phone. I use the Kindle app to read them. What are you planning on reading them with? I think whatever device you use will require the Kindle app to read since its Amazon but you should be able to get that for nearly any android device. There is even a version of the Kindle app for Win 11 that you can download from Amazon.
