@Bump111
Would you happen to know if RogerRock will be at the show all three days with his educational exhibit on the 2007 P GW $ Elongated Third Ray Variety FS 901?

Thanks to JBuck for the followup. Hope to see all who can make it! I've come down with some sort of crud in the past day or so, but hope it clears in time. Yes, he usually attends the show for a while, but not sure when he will be there. The exhibits stay up all day Friday and Saturday, but begin to come down on Sunday depending on individual schedules.

Went on Friday and overall had a good time. Picked up one coin for my deep collection (high-grade, CAC toned Texas commem) and another for more fun. I thought it was a bit spare during the time that I was there but that may have been timing. Sadly not had to leave early and was busy the rest of the weekend.

Unfortunately, I developed a respiratory ailment last week ahead of the show. I was only able to go for a short time on Saturday. Talking to the dealers, it sounds like Friday was on par with previous years, but Saturday attendance was lower than expected. The dealers I asked (always ready to give us the unvarnished truth) said they were satisfied, but didn't see foot traffic as they have in years past. They also said there were far more lookers than buyers this year. There were a couple of competing local events on Saturday that may have had a slight effect (concerts, ball games, etc.) Overall, the show was a success according to the bourse chairs. Our monthly meeting will be in a couple of weeks at which time we will get a full report.
