I put together a pretty good search of this W error. Anyone else see this before? Also, the S on the reverse has a strike error or die chip. Thank you.

The W looks like a slight grease-filled die error. The S seems to have taken a hit.

In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.

There seems to be a bit of the "progressive indirect die transfer" that is overlapping the W of 'We' - that could be the reason for it not striking up well.

I agree with E&V! Die polishing is known to cause thinner letters and numbers. This obviously looks like severe over polishing the die!
